Looking for the perfect venue for your event? SNCB makes spaces in its stations and their surroundings available to third parties for all types of events: cultural, sporting, promotional events, etc. Tell us about your project using the event request form and we'll get back to you within three working days.

- A true mobility crossroads, offering access by train, bus or bike... plus nearby parking.

Flash mobs, exhibitions, demonstration sports, concerts, dance shows, race starts, cocktail receptions, techno or jazz festivals, humanitarian or social projects... From smaller events to large-scale ones, anything is possible. Tell us about your project using the event request formand we'll get back to you within three working days to discuss the feasibility of holding your event in one of our stations.
SNCB reserves the right to decline any event request.
Yes, all events organised in a station must be paid for.
- We ask that you submit your request at least three weeks before the desired date of the event in question.
- For large-scale events, please submit requests further in advance.
- We receive a lot of requests. The sooner you submit your request, the greater the chances of your event becoming a reality.
- SNCB reserves the right to refuse certain events.
