If you need a connection during your travel, we plan a minimum transfer time of 8 or 15 minutes depending on the assistance you need.
- 15 minutes: you need assistance to move around the station and board the train
- 8 minutes: you don't need any assistance to move around the station and get on the train
Depending on the situation, we can propose you a different connection time.
Plan your journey well. We advise you to request a longer connection time, if you consider it necessary. You can define this connection time in the booking application, on the website or request it when you make your reservation by phone.
Persons with reduced mobility who do not use a wheelchair or who are able to get out of their folding wheelchair and board the train without a mobile ramp may also receive assistance in other Belgian stations depending on staff availability and subject to booking at least 24 hours in advance.
