Permission to Film or Take Photos for Reporting Purposes in Stations or Trains

You would like to make a photo report inside a train or station? Or use the train or station as a set for your next film? It is possible! However, be aware that you will need a written authorisation for each film shoot or photo report (including for private or school purposes). No authorisation is required if it is a photo or video shot without using professional equipment (such as holiday or wedding photos).

In order for you to receive an authorisation form, please submit your request by email after filling out this form and we will reply to you within 6 weeks. Station and security staff may request that you show your document of authorisation. Permission can only be given for areas open to the public.

Professional reporting is subject to a fee.

Authorisations to film or take photographs for private purposes (such as study assignments) are free, yet are still required and subject to terms and conditions. Fees may however be billed for any use of power, personnel fees, rental of premises, etc.

If you are a journalist, you still need an authorisation. To obtain it, you may contact our Press Department. Please note that this e-mail address is for journalists only.
