Parking tickets
If you don't have a parking product, the only way of accessing the car park is to take a ticket from the car park's entrance terminal.
- from your car, press the flashing button close to the yellow slot on the entrance terminal.
- retrieve your entrance ticket
- enter the car park
As a rail passenger, you benefit from a preferential parking rate. To benefit from this, scan your train ticket's barcode or place your Mobib card on the reader once you have inserted your parking ticket into the parking's pay machine. The due price displayed will automatically be the reduced fare for rail travellers.
If you are unable to scan your ticket (e.g. a ticket for international travel, a ticket registered on your identity card, etc.), you have two options:
- press the assistance button on the parking's payment machine. You will then be connected to the car park Control Room, who can activate the preferential rate remotely (7/7, 24/24).
- at stations with a ticket office (during opening hours), you can validate your parking ticket at the ticket office. Once you have inserted your validated parking ticket into the parking's payment machine, the machine will automatically display the reduced price for travellers.
