A means of payment accepted at the ticket office and vending machines
Pay for your ticket or your Multi
Eco-cheques are specifically for purchasing ecologically sustainable products and services.
Of course, you can use them at the ticket office and and vending machines to buy a travel ticket (with the exception of season tickets*) for domestic travel.
How can you use your Eco-cheques?
- Eco-cheques on an electronic device issued by Pluxee (previously Sodexo), Edenred and Monizze are accepted at ticket offices and vending machines at Belgian stations
- upon buying a ticket or a Multi (except for the Student Multi) of your choice
- a purchase at least for the value of the cheque
- non-exchangeable for cash
- travel tickets bought with an Eco-cheque are non-refundable
*Also included with season tickets: Half-time season tickets, Student Multis and City Passes.
