Rail tickets for the domestic Belgian service

  • All national rail tickets are calculated based on a fixed price depending on the distance travelled.
  • You don't need to purchase your tickets in advance as seat reservations are not available.
  • Your ticket is valid for a single journey (or a return journey, if marked as such), at any time of the day specified on your rail ticket and either in 2nd or 1st class,as you have chosen. Enjoy 1st class, for an even more comfortable journey.
  • Children under 12 can travel free of charge provided they are accompanied by a paying passenger.
  • If you purchase your rail ticket online, print the pdf document or show it on your smartphone screen.

Calculate the price of your ticket and buy it online, using the ticket machines (in French, Dutch, German or English) in the station or using the SNCB app.

Don't have time to buy your ticket before boarding the train? Buy your ticket at the On-board price from the train conductor (includes a supplement).
