SNCB open to diversity
To mark the International Day against Homophobia and Transphobia, the SNCB is dressing up 15 stations, 3 administrative buildings and 6 workshops in the colours of the rainbow. Through this symbolic act, the SNCB wants to underline the importance of inclusion and diversity and show its support in the fight against discrimination based on sexual orientation.
As part of the International Day against Homophobia and Transphobia on 17 May and Brussels Pride on 18 May, the SNCB is spreading a message of diversity, inclusion and solidarity this week. Over the next few days, the colours of the rainbow will be particularly visible thanks to stickers placed on the main entrance doors in :
- 15 railway stations: Brussels-North, Brussels-Central, Brussels-Midi, Brussels Airport-Zaventem, Brussels-Luxembourg, Ghent-Saint-Pierre, Antwerp-Central, Leuven, Bruges, Hasselt, Namur, Ottignies, Liège-Guillemins, Charleroi-Central and Arlon
- 3 administrative buildings in Brussels: Atrium, Salik and Delta
- 6 B-TC workshops: Salzinnes, Cuesmes, Mechelen, Forest, Schaerbeek and Melle
In Brussels-Central, where Brussels Pride will start, we will be installing a large rainbow in the central hall.
