With this service, you can buy train tickets easily and instantly, online, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

How does it work?

Your employees no longer have to go to the trouble of buying tickets for business trips:

  • You place the order and choose the method of delivery (by post, e-mail or directly on the ID card).
  • You can place individual or group orders for a larger number of tickets from one month before the travel date
  • You pay for the tickets ordered after receiving the invoice.

FAQ

The Business e-ticketing service for companies is completely free and included in the Mobility Pack. The price of tickets bought via Business e-ticketing is the same as the price of tickets for the general public, with no additional charges. You also benefit from tax advantages on these amounts (100% deductible and exempt, 6% VAT refundable).
It's easy, all you have to do is subscribe to a Mobility Pack. This contract gives you access to all SNCB's services for companies, with no obligations. This means you only pay for the services you use.

You can access the e-ticket service through your Business Portal. When ordering tickets, you can choose from the following options:

  • Receive ticket in your inbox: print the ticket and hand it to the traveller.
  • Send the ticket directly to your employee: they will receive a confirmation e-mail and can print the ticket.
    Have the ticket delivered by mail
  • Opt for ticketless travel: the ordered ticket will be linked to the passenger's electronic identity card.

You receive a monthly invoice for all your orders.

Purchases through the Business E-Ticketing service are secure, thanks in part to the requirement of a personal password. This allows you to determine who has which authorisations within the company. You can also check the status of your purchases at any time.
Every month, you will receive an invoice for the tickets you ordered, which you can pay within 30 days or via automatic payment.

You can view details of the tickets you have purchased in the past month at any time in your Business Portal.
