As a Mobility Pack holder, you can easily assign, remove and change the right to a parking subscription per employee in your Business Portal.

  • The parking subscription, linked to the employee's train subscription, can be for 1, 3 or 12 months.
  • The parking subscription is loaded onto the employee's personal MoBIB card.
  • The amount of the parking subscription will be invoiced to you monthly along with the rest of your services (including 6% recoverable VAT).

Parking subscriptions can be combined with Standard Subscription, Flex Subscription, Unlimited Subscription, Student Subscription, City Pass and Brupass.

With the Mobility Pack, you pay the normal price of the parking pass at the advantageous rail passenger rate, plus a 3% handling fee. You also benefit from tax advantages on these amounts (100% deductible and exempt, 6% VAT refundable).

Every month, you will receive an invoice for all the services you have used in the previous month (including 6% recoverable VAT), which you can pay within 30 days or via automatic payment.

You can track your expenses and invoices at any time in your Business Portal.

You have permanent control: your employees can only renew their parking pass if provide them with a new certificate via your Business Portal.

Once you have released the right to a car park pass for an employee, they can renew their pass themselves. All they have to do is take their MoBIB card to the ticket office or automatic ticket machines in the station (except for a Flex Abonnement, for which the Parking Supplement is only available at the ticket office).

Yes, third-payer parking subscriptions are offered as part of the Mobility Pack, our overall package for companies. This is an à la carte contract, with no obligation and no subscription fee. This means that if you don't use one or more services, you pay nothing.

The advantage is that you can decide to use a new service at any time, at the click of a button in your Business Portal. So you are free to adapt your mobility package to your needs, without having to take out a new contract.
If you want to pay for your employees' station parking without the Mobility Pack, they will have to pay the cost of their subscription in advance and you will have to reimburse them based on an expense account. With the Mobility Pack, you simplify your life and that of your employees: the amounts are invoiced directly to you each month by SNCB.
