Parking solutions at stations for your employees
Station parking is offered as part of the Mobility Pack, SNCB's total solution for companies.
As a Mobility Pack holder, you can easily assign, remove and change the right to a parking subscription per employee in your Business Portal.
- The parking subscription, linked to the employee's train subscription, can be for 1, 3 or 12 months.
- The parking subscription is loaded onto the employee's personal MoBIB card.
- The amount of the parking subscription will be invoiced to you monthly along with the rest of your services (including 6% recoverable VAT).

With the Mobility Pack, you pay the normal price of the parking pass at the advantageous rail passenger rate, plus a 3% handling fee. You also benefit from tax advantages on these amounts (100% deductible and exempt, 6% VAT refundable).
You can track your expenses and invoices at any time in your Business Portal.
All they need to do is bring their MoBIB card to the ticket counter or the vending machines in the station (except for Flex Subscription, which is only available at the ticket counter).
So you don't have to do any extra administrative work. And of course, you can terminate or change your employee's parking subscription entitlement at any time.
It allows you to tailor a mobility package for the employees of your choice, based on their needs and function. You choose the most advantageous package for each individual. You decide who has access to which services and you can change these rights at any time with a single click in your Business Portal.
