A parking season ticket guarantees you access to one car park space* throughout the entire term of the product that you have bought.

  • 3 types of season ticket: 1 month, 1 months or 12 months
  • your season ticket is linked to your MoBIB card
  • if you have a valid train pass, you benefit from the preferential train fare:
    - The 1 month train pass can only be combined with a 1 month parking pass
    - The 3-month rail pass can be combined with a 1 or 3-month parking pass
    - 12-month rail pass can be combined with a 1, 3 or 12-month parking pass
* Even if the car park is full, your access is guaranteed

To purchase a season ticket you need to complete the following steps:

  • Get a personalised MoBIB card:

You don't have a MoBIB card yet? No problem: you can buy one online or at the ticket office of the station of your choice for a €6 processing fee.

  • Buy your parking pass for a period of your choice (1, 3 or 12 months):

To do this, go to the ticket machines (unless you have a Flex Abonnement) or to the ticket office.

For all train passes, the validity period of the parking pass (1, 3 or 12 months) cannot exceed that of the train pass.
For all train season tickets (except Flex Abonnement), the end of the validity period of the car park season ticket cannot exceed that of the train season ticket.

To renew an existing SNCB parking subscription, go to the ticket office or to the vending machines in the station (exept for Flex Season Ticket).

  • If your parking season ticket is about to expire, you can retain the guarantee of having a parking space if you renew it within 2 months following the end of its valid term.
  • If you don't take the necessary steps within 2 months, you lose this guarantee to be able to take advantage of a parking space, and your request is then registered on a waiting list if the car park is at capacity.
  • Parking spaces, which are not used for for more than 2 months by people issued with a season ticket shall be reassigned to other people, who are on the waiting list.

Commuters with a valid rail season ticket* can enjoy a preferential rate on condition if the term of their parking season ticket falls within the term of their rail season ticket:

The 1 month train pass can be combined with a 1 month parking pass
The 3-month rail pass can be combined with a 1 or 3-month parking pass
12-month rail pass can be combined with a 1, 3 or 12-month parking pass

In contrast, if you would like to buy a parking season ticket outside the valid term of your rail season ticket, you will have to pay the normal price (non-preferential) for your parking product and do so within the constraints of available spaces. Rail passengers are prioritised when it comes to awarding parking spaces.
