Payment methods
To use SNCB parking facilities, tickets and other parking products must be paid for using the automated ticket machines or at the station ticket office.
- All SNCB parking products are available for purchase at the station ticket office and can be paid for in cash or using an electronic card.
- The preferential price for rail users is only available upon presentation of your travel ticket at the station ticket office, and by having a barcode printed on your parking ticket. Parking tickets can only be paid for at the automated ticket machines in the car park.
Each car park is fitted with an automated payment system. You can pay here completely securely using the following payment cards: Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Visa Electron. There is no option for making cash payments.
How do you pay?
- Insert your parking product (ticket, multi-admission card or admission card) into the yellow slot in the automatic ticket payment machine.
- The amount to pay will displayed on the screen.
- Insert your payment card into the terminal (at the bottom of the machine) and follow the instructions.
- After making payment, retrieve your payment card. Take your parking product. You can request a receipt by pressing on the middle button located below the screen.
- After making payment, you then have 15 minutes to leave the car park with your vehicle.
