Do you have serious problems walking or standing? The Priority to a Seat Card entitles you to guaranteed seating.

- to be used in conjunction with a valid train ticket
How to obtain a card

- To the ticket office during opening hours
- by mail to the following address:

- the completed application form (pdf)
- a certificate from your doctor stating that:
- your physical conditions prevents your from standing for prolonged periods
- the medical causes of this condition
- the duration of your condition
Provided you meet the conditions, you will be invited to collect your card from the station, providing:
- a recent ID photo
- the € 6 processing fee
- your electronic identity card
- the application form approved by the Customer Care office
