Innovation Factory

Innovation Factory is an accelerator program that aims to resolve passenger issues in a very short time frame. During eight weeks, cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams work on issues of vital importance for SNCB and its passengers. To arrive at a promising result, the teams use the Design Thinking methodology and receive the support of expert innovation coaches. The aim is to present a suitable solution by the end of the eight weeks (validated by the passengers) to then develop it on a larger scale.
