Punctuality
The punctuality of rail traffic is one of SNCB's priorities and an important indicator of the quality of the service that we provide to our customers. We would thus like to provide information about this by publishing a monthly report here setting out the key figures and statistics on rail traffic.
This report includes the overall punctuality rate as well as other relevant information about the quality of the service.
