Innovation Community
The Innovation Community comprises over one hundred employees from all SNCB Departments. These colleagues supply the programme with innovative ideas and ensure the interactions between the whole organisation and Innovation Lab. They are considered as the “eyes and ears” of innovation.
They take part in the projects as “first testers” and provide their feedback to improve on the solutions offered. In return, Innovation Lab organizes inspirational events and meet-ups between colleagues several times a year.
